Kyline Alcantara said that we will see a “braver, fiercer, and stronger” version of herself next year.

According to Lhar Santiago’s report on “24 Oras,” Wednesday, Kyline just had a gift-giving event with her fellow “Shining Inheritance” stars, Matthew Uy and Timothy Chan.

In her interview, Kyline expressed her gratitude to her family and friends, saying they’re her source of strength.

“They’re my source of strength nowadays, especially, hay, you’re gonna make me cry, Tito Lhar, especially for the past few days. And not just my family, but my brothers, my friends, ‘yung mga tao po talaga na nakakakilala kung sino ako,” she said.

The Sparkle star also likened the upcoming Christmas to the colors white and red.

“White, because I just want peace po, kapayapaan sa buhay. Red, kasi hindi po ako magpapaapak. Ako po ay lalaban pero hindi po sa isang maling paraan,” she said.

Kyline admitted that she also feels down and anxious at times, but next year, “La nueva kontrabida will be back. Braver, fiercer, stronger. Kyline Alcantara 2.0.”

In “Shining Inheritance,” Kyline will return to playing a kontrabida role again. She last played an antagonist role five years ago in “Kambal, Karibal.”

She will be joined by Kate Valdez, Paul Salas, Michael Sager, and Coney Reyes.

The series originally starred Lee Seung Gi, Han Hyo Joo, Moon Chae Won, and Bae Soo Bin. It follows a woman from a rich family who suddenly loses everything after the death of her father.
