It is no secret to the public now that Carlos Yulo and his mother, Angelica, are not in full good terms. It is unclear if they have already talked since he went home to the Philippines from the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The rift between Carlos and Angelica are due to money issues and her disapproval of her son’s girlfriend, Chloe San Jose. Meanwhile, Caloy previously expressed that he has forgiven his mother and he wish her healing.

For her part, Angelica Yulo apologized to Carlos saying she is just a hurting mom. She also expressed her willingness for a sit-down talk with her son to resolve their family issues privately.
