Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes may seem like the perfect celebrity couple, but even celebrities get jealous sometimes. In an interview with Ogie Diaz, though, Marian cleared that, unlike before, she seemed to have outgrown the bad habit of having jealousy-fueled meltdowns.

Asked by the celebrity columnist, “Marian, graduate ka na ba sa selos?”, the actress answered with humor, “Parang oo. Simula nung nagka-dalawang anak ako, parang sabi ko nga, minsan napag-uusapan namin, ‘Ano ba yan. Nyemas. Bakit ko ba ginawa yan?’”

“Alam mo yung parang, eww? Ang dami kong dapat i-focus. Bakit yan? Huwag naman. Ito na lang, pamilya ko,” she added.

It was 2010 when Marian was rumored to have had a heated rift with another actress Bela Padilla, allegedly about the latter’s ~*involvement*~ with Dingdong. In 2014, Bela settled the score once and for all.

Their *reconciliation* came when Bela was invited to guest in Marian’s self-titled dance show.  She said, “Even four years ago, when it [the issue] just happened, I was initially sad and scared, but I let it go right away. I’m not the type to hold grudges. I didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t know that she was gonna introduce our dance number, but I definitely wanted to say hello.

“So, when I saw her in the studio, we just smiled at each other and she kind of opened her arms for a hug and I hugged her back.”
