Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes became friends with OPM band members Ben&Ben.
The band is the one who sang ‘Sa Sesongt na Habang Buhay’, which was used as the theme song of DongYan’s blockbuster movie ‘Rewind’.
Even after the movie was released, their association continued until they became friends.
“It’s like they’re at home every day,” Marian revealed when she and Dingdong were interviewed by the entertainment press at the 52nd Box Office Entertainment Awards last Sunday where they accepted the Box Office Phenomenal Stars of Philippine Cinema and were also crowned as the Most Popular Love Team for Movies.
“We agreed on so many things and we are happy that we became friends because of that movie.”
Since they are now friends, their fans hope that they will collaborate again on a project
Meanwhile, Marian’s participation in Ben&Ben’s ‘Could Be Something’ dance challenge is still being talked about, so Dingdong’s wife is angry that the band did the challenge.
