Julia Montes took to Instagram to greet Coco Martin happy birthday on November 1.
After years of not working together, many were indeed delighted when Julia Montes and Coco Martin finally got reunited in the final season of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
While they’re among the biggest names in the local entertainment scene at present, the two are able to keep their personal lives low-key and completely private, including the real score between them. They’ve been linked to each other ever since working for the first time in Walang Hanggan and even rumored to be in a relationship, but they haven’t opened up nor addressed that yet, even though they were spotted together in a few instances.
Julia may not be posting much about her personal life on Instagram in the recent years unlike she used to before, but there’s one thing that has been constant on her feed – her short yet sweet birthday greetings for her perennial loveteam partner Coco Martin every November 1.
Let’s look back on how Julia paid tribute to him in his previous birthday years through the pictures in this gallery.
Going through her over 2.8 thousand posts on IG, we learned that it was in 2012 when she initially shared a snap with the Kapamilya Primetime King captured on the set of Walang Hanggan. But it was apparently in 2017 when she first posted her birthday greeting for him, which she did by posting a candid photo of him taken probably from one of the projects he did and simply captioned it with a birthday cake emoji.
The following year, she uploaded another stolen shot of him in black and white while doing his behind-the-scene duties as a director and captioned it with “Happy Birthday” and a birthday cake emoji. In 2019, she shared a snap of Coco displayed along one of the hallways of ABS-CBN and put “HBD”, or the acronym for “happy birthday”, and a face throwing a kiss and a birthday cake emojis on the caption.
While she still kept it short and simple again in 2020 by posting a candid photo of him in a euphoric state after catching a fish and captioned it with wrapped present, red heart, and birthday cake emojis, the 27-year-old actress attached a lengthy caption to a picture of an obviously happy Coco with on one of his pet parrots perched on his right shoulder for his milestone 40th birthday last year.
She wrote, “Sa taong sobrang magmahal sa kapwa, kaibigan , pamilya at sa trabaho. Wag mong kakalimutan na biyaya ka sa lahat ng taong natutulungan at nakakasama mo .
May the joy that you have spread come back to you not only on this day but through out the rest of your life [smiling face emoji]
Mahal ka namin [red heart emoji] Happy birthday!”
As we look forward on Julia’s special shout out to Coco for his 41st birthday in a few days, let’s look back on how she made his past celebrations special through the images in this gallery!
