Vikings, one of the most popular buffet chains in the country, has just announced that as a reward to Carlos Yulo’s double Olympic gold win, he will be enjoying a lifetime free buffet.

Carlos Yulo is a Filipino artistic gymnast known for his exceptional skills and achievements in gymnastics. He won two gold medals in gymnastics’ men’s floor exercise and men’s vault in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

In a recent interview, the grandmother of Carlos, Angelita Poquiz, expressed pride in the achievement of her grandson. In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Angelita shared how blissful she was when it was announced that Yulo won the gold for floor exercise in Olympic gymnastics at the 2024 Paris Olympics. She also admitted that she became emotional due to her grandson’s gold medal win. Yulo’s triumph marked the Philippines’ first medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics, making him the second Filipino Olympic gold medalist after weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz.

Meanwhile, the father of Carlos, Mark Andrew, also expressed great pride in the historic achievement of his son. The athlete recently won the gold for floor exercise in Olympic gymnastics at the 2024 Paris Olympics. He later went on to win the country another gold in the men’s vault. In a video by Mark Anthony Torcelino, Mark Andrew, said he is happy about Carlos’ triumph. He also shared that his son sacrificed blood and sweat during his journey to Olympic gold.
