Carlos Yulo and Coco Martin enjoyed a light moment together when the Olympian visited ABS-CBN.

In a video shared by ABS-CBN News, Carlos and Coco appeared confused as to who would become a fanboy of who.

In the said video, Coco was seen approaching the table where Carlos sat with the big bosses of ABS-CBN, with the apparent intention of having a photo taken with the Olympic twin-gold medalist.

On seeing him and recognizing the actor-director, however, Carlos immediately stood up and went into fanboy mode.

He immediately extended his hand to shake Coco’s hand, who took Carlos’ hand and put it in his forehead, a traditional way of greeting someone older or famous.

Carlos did the same with Martin’s hand and on looking up, he immediately asked if he could take a photo with Coco.

The actor-director answered it’s actually him who wanted to have his photo taken with Carlos.

“Pwede pa-picture po?” Carlos was heard asking Coco.

“Hindi! Ako yung magpapa-picture eh,” Coco answered.

Everyone laughed at the exchange while the two hugged each other with a couple of people taking their photo.

Carlos Edriel Yulo is a Filipino artistic gymnast known for his exceptional skills and achievements in gymnastics. He gained international recognition for his performances in various competitions, particularly in the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. He won two gold medals in gymnastics’ men’s floor exercise and men’s vault in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

About a week ago, Carlos also received a warm welcome when he and Gymnastics Association of the Philippines President Cynthia Carrion arrived at the GMA Network Center. The two-time Olympic gold medalist would grace 24 Oras’ “GMA Integrated News Interviews” tonight. GMA News took to social media and posted a video of Caloy receiving cheers from employees. Some GMA executives were also at the lobby to welcome the gymnast.

Meanwhile, Cynthia Carrion, the president of the Gymnastics Association of the Philippines, marked her birthday recently. She celebrated her special day in a lavish birthday party, as seen in the post of ABS-CBN News’ Dyan Castillejo. Carlos Yulo and his girlfriend, Chloe San Jose, were spotted at the birthday bash. Other prominent personalities like Derek Ramsay and Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo also joined the celebration.
