Fans believe Manny Pacquiao has still got the ‘it factor’ as they watched a video of him working out for his latest exhibition fight.

Pacquiao is back in boxing action this weekend as he takes on Japanese MMA fighter Rukiya Anpo over three rounds.

The squared circle legend is now 45 years old, but is planning to use his non-sanctioned contest to prepare for a potential world title shot before the end of 2024.

Ahead of his appearance on Japanese soil, Pacquiao has been crunching the pads in a fast-paced workout.

And the Filipino showed off some quick hands and fast movement, as he entertained the spectators with a short masterclass.

At one point, Pacquiao even hurt his coach’s hand with some powerful shots.

Fans were left impressed by the boxing ability he still had at a late age, with one writing: “Pac still looking unbelievable in there, that’s crazy.”

One wrote: “Locked in for the win! Looking good and quick Manny!”

Another agreed: “Manny is one of the greatest of all-time. His skills are ridiculous.”

Others were less convinced, with one writing: “Always nice to see your hero’s staying fit and showing skills but I remember Barrera against Hatton in that exhibition bout.

“And it broke my heart to see how he’d aged. Tell me something! Isn’t it nice to remember Hagler as he was?”

A user added: “Love you Manny but please don’t fight again. You good!”

Pacquiao did impress in short bursts, but it was unclear how well he will be physically prepared for any full comeback.

His upcoming entertainment clash has rules to protect him, and is competed over three rounds so will be more applicable given his age.

But he is also in talks to return in a clash with Marrio Barrios for the WBC welterweight world title.

Pacquiao’s career ended on a down note as he was beaten by Yordenis Ugas which saw him subsequently retire.

But fans will of course be concerned that a full comeback could see him land a damaging blow to his legacy if he is beaten.
