This is what Manny Pacquiao said to those who criticized his wife for displaying her luxurious lifestyle and insensitivity amid the pandemic.

MANNY PACQUIAO – Boxing champ Manny Pacquiao defends wife Jinkee Pacquiao after she was criticized online because of her branded possessions.

In a previous article, criticized online was Jinkee Pacquiao for wearing an all-pink outfit ensemble that costs over Php 2 million during the fight of Manny Pacquiao against Cuban boxer Yordenis Ugas. She looked simple and sleek but diving into the details of the luxury things she wore, it appeared that she walked with millions on her for a single event.

It was criticized because it was accordingly a bit insensitive of her to do this show-off with the pandemic still going on. The ensemble included a Zimmerman mini dress in blush pink, a limited edition Christian Dior Mini Lady Dior pink alligator bag, Boucheron’s Serpent Boheme earrings, Tiffany and Co. pieces of jewelry, a Van Cleef and Arpels’s Perlée “Pearls of Gold” ring, and a pair of Amina Muaddi Begum Glass Pumps.

But for some, they believed that Jinkee is just living the life she deserves for staying with her husband from the moment he has nothing up to now where he is able to give her everything in a snap. Also, it wouldn’t look right as well if Jinky would wear something cheap to such an event given the legendary status of her husband when it comes to boxing.

And Manny Pacquiao believes the same as well. He stressed that what his wife is enjoying now are the things that came from her blood and sweat in boxing. It’s his hard-earned money and all her hard works before is to give them the life that they are now enjoying with their five children. As per Pacman, he didn’t steal from the public’s money to achieve their current status.

“Now, kung ano man meron kami, dream namin ‘yan. Sakripisyo, dugo, at pawis ang puhunan namin para kami maging masaya,” he stresses after being asked about his wife’s display of luxury and accused of being “materialistic”.

He added that they are not plastic. He knows that when they start dressing up poor, people will still criticize them and call it “istayl ng mga trapong politician”. The billionaire boxer said they cannot live that way. This is their life now, their dream, that has become reality because of their determination and sacrifices.
