Coco Martin and Julia Montes’ attitude towards Willie Revillame’s revelation about having a child together surprised netizens

A video from Willie Revillame’s pre-debut event for his upcoming TV5 show ‘Wil to Win’ has stirred discussions online, particularly due to remarks he made about Coco Martin and Julia Montes.

The event, which took place last Sunday, July 14, at the New Frontier Theater, showcased video greetings from various  celebrities, including one from Coco Martin. After viewing Coco’s greeting, Willie expressed his thanks in his characteristic manner.

“Thank you very much Tanggol! Thank you Coco sa pagbati mo.. I like your bangs, ha?” Willie commented.

However, the tone shifted unexpectedly when Willie casually mentioned Coco’s supposed family life with Julia Montes.

“Sobrang bait ‘tong si Coco Martin. Coco, to Julia, at sa mga mga anak niyo, pamilya mo, salamat Coco,” Willie stated.

Willie’s statement unintentionally disclosed sensitive information that Coco and Julia have never officially confirmed themselves.

Rumors about Coco and Julia having children have circulated for some time, with veteran host and writer Cristy Fermin confirming these speculations in her vlog last year.

According to Fermin, Coco and Julia are parents to two children, with the eldest being four years old and the youngest turning two.

“Naiintindihan po namin kung bakit hindi po sila nagbibigay ng opisyal na pahayag o komento tungkol sa pagkakaroon nila ng mga anak. Ganoon po talaga ang mga magulang. Ang gusto nila, hanggang maaari na mailayo sa mata ng publiko ang kanilang mga anak ay gagawin nila,” Fermin mentioned.

Since these revelations, Coco and Julia have maintained silence on the matter. Nevertheless, the entertainment industry has long considered this information an open secret.
