It’s official! The movie by Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards is now the highest grossing Filipino film of all time.

10 days after the release of “Hello, Love, Again” starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, it has officially become the highest grossing Filipino film of all time. On Friday, ABS-CBN Films announced that the “Hello, Love, Goodbye” sequel takes the throne from “Rewind”.

To recall, “Rewind” starring Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes is an official entry of Metro Manila Film Festival 2023. It earned a total of Php 924 million at the worldwide box office replacing KathDen’s blockbuster film “Hello, Love, Goodbye” in the top that grossed Php 880 million in 2019.

But recently, it has become official, KathDen reclaimed its spot in the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time throne through “Hello, Love, Again”.

As reported, “Hello, Love, Again” has earned over Php 930 million worldwide as of November 22, 7 PM. As of this writing, the film is showing in 1,000 cinemas worldwide which is the highest number for a local movie.

This is directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana and the other stars included in the film are Jennica Garcia, Joross Gamboa, Valerie Concepcion, Kevin Kreider, Jobert Austria, Mark Labella, Marvin Aritrangco, and Ruby Rodriguez.

Previously, Marian Rivera reacted to KathDen’s movie and she congratulated them. She is happy about the success of the film and for her, this was an indication of a better response from moviegoers in terms of supporting local film which she hopes will continue and extend until the Metro Manila Film Festival 2024.
