Breaking news: Kris Aquino suffered reactionary shock when he drank fake wine

Kris Aquino’s first shooting day for the Metro Manila Film Festival  entry All You Need Is Pag-ibig did not turn out well for the Kapamilya TV host-actress.

Kris immediately developed an allergy after drinking fake wine in one of her scenes last Friday, November 6.

But the TV host-actress’ condition is better now, according to her Instagram post earlier today:

“Not swollen anymore & no more rashes… Staying in bed today, just reading & watching TV, back to work tomorrow.”

The allergy, it turned out, was caused by a grape juice/cranberry concoction used for a scene where Kris had to drink a glass of wine.

In her previous post on Instagram, Kris related, “I had to down at least 3 bottles of red wine as a prelude to my next scene (that scene I will keep you in suspense about)…

“Anyway to shorten my story, they made a grape juice/cranberry concoction but in a real red wine bottle… Too much juice or remnants of wine, I don’t know-

“I finished all the shots for my scene & threw up 5X. When I got home, my BP was high, took a shower & that’s the next picture, swollen eyes, nose & lips. Then LBM the entire night. ?￰ﾟﾤﾒ?

“Won’t show you how I looked yesterday (the worst of my swelling)- was given Benadryl shots & slept most of the day.”

In another post, Kris also related a previous incident where she suffered an allergy attack after accidentally taking medicine with aspirin.

“Not only my eyes got swollen, but my throat closed up & they almost had to do a tracheotomy for me to breathe, I was hospitalized for 5 days & needed to be in an oxygen tent,” Kris recalled.
