This was revealed when Luis Manzano, host of Luis Listens, asked him which showbiz breakup has shocked him the most. Boy answered, “The first couple that comes to mind is KathNiel.”

He added, “Hindi ako ready ‘don. I was shocked. 11 years together and I’m a fan.” He recounted his previous interview with Daniel during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he asked the actor, “What’s worse than betrayal?”

Daniel’s response, “Being forgiven,” left a lasting impression on him. “So, having come from that interview, akala ko it was going to go smooth. Hindi pala,” he added, reflecting on the unforeseen breakup.
