The global beauty brand welcomes “Asia’s Superstar” to its roster of beautiful faces.
In an official announcement on Lancôme’s Instagram account, the international beauty brand has named Kathryn Bernardo as its first-ever Filipina ambassador. This comes as no surprise as the actress, dubbed “Asia’s Superstar” and “Blockbuster Queen”, collaborated with the beauty giant last 2023 to launch its now iconic Idôle perfume.
“As I enter a new Kath era, I am happier knowing I can constantly redefine who I am, find peace in my own company, and accept being a work in progress. Here’s to you — because you can be your own Idôle. Join the ride with me as the first-ever Lancôme Philippines Ambassador,” the 28-year-old actress shares.
Ever since the brand was founded in 1935, Lancôme has always appointed empowering and internationally renowned women to be brand ambassadors. This roster includes the likes of Zendaya, Lily Collins, Julia Roberts, Squid Game’s Hoyeon Jung, Amanda Seyfried, and Lupita Nyong’o. This partnership with Kathryn is definitely an honor and highlights Filipina beauty, resilience, and power on a global scale.
