The Low Pressure Area (LPA) located in the east of Extreme Northern Luzon is about to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (LPA). Multiple weather models are starting to show that this particular system could become a significant tropical cyclone in the next several days as it move towards Japan. The next name in the list is #Ampil. The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) already classified the disturbance as a non-warning tropical depression. Meanwhile, the US Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) temporarily designated the system as Invest #91W. This is just my guess, but the 91W is actually the LPA last time that PAGASA and JMA said that it dissipated. However, the JTWC might seeing some vortex in the circulation, hence they continue monitoring the system.
