Boy Abunda, on Friday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” reacted to Barbie Forteza and Jak Roberto’s much-talked-about breakup.

Tito Boy first expressed his thoughts on Barbie’s post confirming her split with the Kapuso actor. The talk show host also revealed that they reached out to Jak, but the actor asked for more time before speaking out.
“Any goodbye is painful. Lalo na in this context of a romantic relationship. Seven years is a long time, masakit ito. Pero ang nakakabilib po is pinili ni Barbie to come from a place of love, pinili ni Barbie in that statement na ang aalalahanin ko ay ‘yung magagandang mga bagay,” Boy reacted.
Tito Boy also lauded Barbie for stating she wants Jak to find the love that is truly for him.
The Asia’s King of Talk likewise refrained from making speculations regarding the split.
“We don’t want to speculate kasi andami-dami po sa social media speculations kung bakit po sila naghiwalay. I think we should be praying na sana’y maging maayos kasi seven years from now, when we look back, we’ll be able to connect the dots kaya pala ganu’n.”
Tito Boy also mentioned about the cryptic post of Barbie’s sister and stressed, “I don’t wanna go into that because I might be putting meaning into some things that we don’t know. Hayaan natin sila mag-heal. But don’t get the statement wrong, it is a painful experience.”
Boy ended his commentary by airing thoughtful messages for Barbie and Jak.
“So, Barbie, you take good care of yourself, maraming salamat for sharing with us your statement. And Jak, mag-ingat kayong dalawa. God bless the both of you,” he told the former couple.
Barbie Forteza is a Kapuso actress known for her excellent performances in the series Nita Negrita, The Half Sisters, That’s My Amboy, Inday Will Always Love You, Maria Clara at Ibarra, Pulang Araw, and many others.
Barbie proudly shared that her 2024 was so colorful. In a social media post, Barbie looked back on some of the goals she achieved in the previous year.
The Kapuso star also optimistically expressed that she is very excited for 2025. The actress shared the post a day before confirming her breakup with Jak Roberto.
