Another prize awaits two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo.

Carlos Yulo to receive house and lot from Century Properties Group worth P6 million - The Global Filipino Magazine

Century Properties Group announced that it is giving Yulo a house and lot worth P6 million at its PHirst Editions Batulao project in Nasugbu, Batangas.

“On behalf of PHirst and the entire Century Properties Group, we extend our sincerest gratitude and heartfelt congratulations to Carlos Yulo for his historic double gold in the Olympics, bringing pride to the Philippines,” CPG executive chairman Jose Antonio said.

The group also congratulated Gymnastics Associations of the Philippines president Cynthia Carreon for the “stewardship and guidance” of Yulo.

The house the winning Olympian will receive is a single attached home, coincidentally named Charles (translating to Carlos in Spanish), It is also valued at P6 million.

This marks the second time the group awarded a house and lot to an Olympic gold medalist, as they gave Hidilyn Diaz the same prize after the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

This house and lot are not part of the long list of prizes and incentives Yulo will receive after bagging two Olympic gold medals. Among these include a three-bedroom condo unit from Megaworld, P20 million from the government, P6 million from the House of Representatives, P3 million from Megaworld, P3 million from Bounty Fresh Group Holdings Inc., and lifetime supplies of meals from the likes of Mang Inasal, BOK Korean Fried Chicken, Tipsy Pig, and more.
