Christian Bautista and Kat Ramnani have been married for SIX years, so many are asking when they will have a child.

To this day, the married couple still doesn’t have a baby and whenever there are showbiz gatherings and mediacon, Christian can’t help but wonder when his wifey will actually have a baby.

In an episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” last Monday, December 9, the King of Talk asked if he and Kat get offended whenever they talk about having a child.

“We don’t take offense because it’s like a Filipino tradition. I always say, ‘I have a cat, I have a dog. Check our Instagram,’” replied Asia’s Romantic Balladeer.

Tito Boy said that he is the one who gets bothered by those kinds of questions because they are so difficult to answer and explain.

The TV host’s next question was, “I’ll bring it to another point, how important is a child to a successful marriage?”

Christian replied, “I think the most important thing in a marriage is each other first. Your partner first before the pressure of having a child.”

Christian says, some say that couples should focus on having children, but there are others who advise that they should focus on their spouses first.

“They say, focus on the marriage so that the child will see a very, very good example of a partnership and would admire you more. So it just depends on where they go,” he said.

Christian also gave a scenario regarding this, “If there is an extreme case that someone is pregnant, if the woman is pregnant, and then you can only save one, in the movies, will you save the baby or the mother?”

“It’s an impossible choice, but only that moment, only in your faith in God and your trust and faith will give you that answer,” said the Kapuso singer-actor.
