Jam Villanueva Posts Anthony Jennings & Maris Racal’s Alleged Convos
Jamela Villanueva isn’t holding back anymore. Jamela or Jam for short, who came to light this year as Anthony Jennings‘s longtime girlfriend, has revealed her side about her breakup with the actor.
A few hours before midnight on December 3, 2024, Jam shared a controversial exposé on her Instagram Stories, revealing what had apparently happened in her relationship with Anthony throughout 2024. And Maris Racal allegedly played a big part in it according to Jam’s uploaded photos and captions.
Cosmopolitan Philippines has reached out to Anthony & Maris’ management for a statement regarding Jam’s Instagram Stories and is awaiting a response.
The photos aren’t just any photos though. Jam uploaded screenshots of Anthony and Maris’ supposed conversations that reportedly indicate an intimate relationship between two people who are supposed to be just workmates. Jam’s Instagram Story opened with a selfie where she shared that she was feeling shaken after watching videos discussing the idea of staying silent to keep the peace. In her following posts, she delved into her perspective on Anthony and Maris’ alleged off-cam dynamic, offering her own take on the situation and what she believed was happening.
“I’ve been trying to hold myself together through everything that’s been happening,” she wrote at the beginning of a lengthy statement on IG Story. Jam expressed that she’s standing her ground after experiencing backlash, not just against herself, but against her family.
“There’s only so much silence a person can bear when rumors twist the truth. I’m sharing this because I need to set the record straight—not to create more drama, but because I deserve to be heard, just like anyone else,” Jam added. By doing the math based on the photos she shared on IG, it appears that Jam and Anthony’s relationship was already on the rocks since June 2024 and they’ve been trying to fix it amid Anthony’s busy schedule as an actor. (For reference, Maris announced her breakup with musician Rico Blanco in July 2024).

Before anything else, Jam clarified how supportive and happy she was when Anthony got his break with Maris after becoming his love team partner. Jam said, “When Maris came into the picture, I was genuinely happy for you both. I even chose to be supportive, despite the red flags I couldn’t ignore. I respected your craft. I believed in you both. But betrayal like this cuts deep.”
