Kampo ni Rita sa ‘counter-affidavit’ ni Archie: ‘It’s a mere affirmation’

“IT’S a mere affirmation” o pagkumpirma umano sa isinampang kaso ni Rita Daniela ang naging laman ng counter-affidavit ni Archie Alemania.

‘Yan ang naging reaksyon ni Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, ang abogado ni Rita na ibinandera sa programang “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.”

Ayon sa pahayag ng abogado, tila inamin na ng aktor ang mga mahahalay na salita na sinabi sa aktres habang nasa pa-thanksgiving party ng co-star nila sa “Widows’ War” na si Bea Alonzo na ginanap sa Quezon City.

“He also admitted that while in the car, he touched Rita. Albeit, he said that he uttered those words because he was just being wacky and he made the touches to comfort her, this does not erase the fact that he did the acts complained of,” sey ni Atty. Maggie.

Dagdag niya, “He also said in his counter affidavit that when Rita got out of his vehicle, she was very angry. Why would Rita be angry when he did not do something wrong when they were at the car? If he just touched to comfort her?”

Bandang huli, muling iginiit ng abogado na isang “material admission” ang mga pahayag ni Archie upang tuluyan siyang kasuhan ng acts of lasciviousness.
