The candidates of the first-ever Miss Cosmo wore hand-painted dresses that showcased the beauty of their respective countries in “Colours of Humanity,” a fashion show by Vietnamese designer Trung Dinh.
Philippine representative Ahtisa Manalo graced the stage in an Ao Dai that featured the nation’s capital of Manila.

According to Manalo, the dresses they wore during the fashion show were made by 21 artisans and took 3,000 hours to create.
“Each detail was hand-painted by Vietnamese artists, including some who are hearing-impaired,” the Filipina beauty queen shared.
“It’s so much more than just a dress — it’s a true work of art, and I’m honored to have been a part of it,” she added.
Manalo was chosen to represent the Philippines in the inaugural Miss Cosmo pageant following her second runner-up finish in Miss Universe Philippines 2024.
The Miss Cosmo 2024 coronation night will be held on October 5 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
