Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards and Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo are excited and happy as they set to reprise their roles as Ethan and Joy in ‘Hello, Love, Again’ the sequel to their successful 2019 movie ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye.’

The movie was officially announced today, May 20, at a media conference held at the 9501 Restaurant inside ELJ Communications Center, Quezon City.

Alden said about his reunion movie with Kathryn, “Parang panaginip. Hindi po kami makapaniwala na finally it’s happening. It’s happening this year. We couldn’t be more excited po on what about to unfold in the next couple of months.”

Kathryn, on the other hand, said, “”It feels very familiar but, at the same time, it’s different because it’s been five years and five years is such a long time. I’ve changed and, I think lahat kami. Lahat tayo nagbago. I’m just curious kung ano ang maibibigay namin this time around.”

Hello, Love, Goodbye told the story of Ethan and Joy, who were both struggling OFWs in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, their romance didn’t blossom as Joy chose to pursue her dreams in Canada as a nurse.

In ‘Hello, Love, Again,’ Ethan and Joy reunite in Canada, five years after they separated.

‘Hello, Love, Again’ will be the first film collaboration between Star Cinema and GMA Pictures. It will be directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, who also directed the original film.
