Philstar reported that the partner of Vice Ganda has already been sworn in to the Nationalist People’s Coalition, which was overseen by Gov. Susan Yap.

Ion is not the only celeb who is gunning for a seat in the government for 2025.

Enzo Pineda, filed his candidacy for councilor in the 5th district of Quezon city.

Alfred Vargas is also vying for a second term in the same district with Enzo.

Vice Ganda is a famous comedian, actor, endorser, and host in the Philippines. He is best known for hosting “It’s Showtime” and for his commercially successful movies in the MMFF. The superstar is currently in a relationship with Ion Perez. He and Ion got their Certificate of Commitment in a special ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada on Oct. 19, 2021. Vice and Ion have been together for many years and have a really good relationship.

Vice Ganda, in his recent online post, penned a heartbreaking note about the passing of his fur baby, Chip, which was Vice’s first pet. In his post on Thursday, August 22, the Kapamilya superstar said when Chip got sick, he asked his pet dog to fight because he was not ready to lose him just yet. Vice also uploaded a photo he had taken with his fur baby.

Vice Ganda was accused by a netizen of supporting one side of Carlos Yulo’s family issue. The TV host quickly responded, clarifying that he never shared an opinion on the matter. He emphasized his focus on celebrating Carlos’s achievements rather than giving his opinion on the family drama. Furthermore, Vice’s response received attention for addressing the issue directly and defending his stance.
