A childhood friend of Los Angles Lakers’ late legend, Kobe Bryant, is making some damning accusations against him in a scathing video that is going viral.

It has now been four-and-a-half years since the tragic helicopter crash that claimed the lives of NBA legend Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna, and seven others.

In the years since, nothing but good things have been said about the future Hall of Fame player. That was until a former friend decided to speak out against him.

During an April interview with Blood on the Razor Wire, Kevin Sanchez accused Kobe of being a “piece of sh-t” for not helping him when he needed to get back on his feet.

Sanchez did not mince a single word as he painted a starkly different picture of Bryant compared to the one often celebrated by fans and the media.

During the conversation, Sanchez boldly accused Kobe of never doing anything to help anyone, saying, “The man never did nothing for anybody in his family. He’s got a $500 million empire. His sisters are working regular jobs. You see, his mom and dad have to sell memorabilia and sh*t. Even when he was home.”

Sanchez claims Kobe Bryant was neglectful of his family while alledging he showed little to no support for his relatives, with his parents resorting to selling memorabilia to make ends meet, while his sisters were forced to get regular jobs.

Sanchez went on to tell a story of Kobe’s cousin having a conversation about the deceased player, saying, “His cousin came to me. He said, ‘Kev, I’m going to tell you something about this guy. Dude is a certified piece of sh*t.’ That’s when he started running everything down. He just don’t care about nobody but his wife and his new family. This is when I really found out he was a piece of sh-t.”

Once Kobe Bryant married Vanessa in 2001, his relationship with his parents would never be the same as reported over the years.

The parents not only disagreed with him getting married so young, but they also allegedly disapproved of him marrying a woman who wasn’t black.

Kobe Bryant’s Father Passes Away

Joe Bryant, the father of Kobe Bryant, died at the age of 69.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Bryant had recently suffered a massive stroke and never recovered.

His death came four years after his son, Kobe, and granddaughter, Gianna, were killed with seven others in a helicopter crash on Jan. 26, 2020.
