HOURS after Kapamilya actress Maris Racal emotionally broke her silence over the cheating issue that went viral because of screenshots of her private conversations, her co-star Anthony Jennings, issued an apology to the women that were affected and to the public.

“Sa lahat ho ng mga nangyari noong nakaraang araw, sa lahat ho ng mga taong nasaktan ko, especially po si Maris atsaka si Jam, humihingi ho ako ng tawad sa dalawang babae, and sa mga lahat po ng mga nadamay ko rin po,” he said in his public apology.

“Iyon lamang po. Sorry po ulit,” Jennings said.

The statement of the actor came hours after Racal owned up to the messages saying she felt embarrassed as she apologized saying she was unaware that Jennings was still with Jamella Villanueva.

Racal recalled that the “brewing attraction” between her and Jennings started in June when she confirmed her breakup with her former boyfriend Rico Blanco. She even said that she reached out to Villanueva but in vain.

She insisted that she was under the impression that Jennings and Villanueva had already broken up.
