MANILA — On her way to Taipei, Taiwan to attend the ContentAsia Awards 2024, ABS-CBN News caught up with Kapamilya actress and TV host Kim Chiu to ask for updates on her movie with Paulo Avelino.
“Malapit na kami mag-start. Excited na kami, tapos na ang ghost month. ‘Yung script mahahanda na rin so slowly gearing up na rin kami to start the movie,” she said.
Buzz and rumors about the two spending more time outside work sparked when they were spotted jogging, biking, and working out together.
Even when abroad for shows and events, Chiu and Avelino would wake up early for the morning jog.
Is it true that they are joining a duathlon together?
“Hindi totoo ‘yun, nagkataon lang na nag-enjoy din siya mag-bike and run, halika na sabay ka na. Gusto niyo sumama, sama kayo,” she explained.
Chiu and Avelino first worked together in the hit series “Linlang” and had a follow-up project, “What’s wrong with Secretary Kim.”
