The 2012 phenomenal romance teleserye Walang Hanggan has made its return and it has been making us witness again every special moment of Katerina (Julia Montes) and Daniel (Coco Martin). For sure, even if the fans have watched this teleserye in the past, they will still follow every episode in its current rerun. Needless to say, it’s not only the loveteam of Julia and Coco that is sincerely missed by the viewers, but the reunion of the loveteam of Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta in the teleserye.
The hit teleserye showed and will once again show a love story of three generations – from the competition of Cruz sisters, Virginia (Susan Roces) and Margaret (Helen Gamboa) for the love of Joseph Montenegro (Eddie Garcia), to the generation of Marco (Richard Gomez) and Emily Cardenas (Dawn Zulueta), to the generation of Katerina and Daniel. It is shown here how family played a big role in the happiness of each character – especially in the happiness of being with someone they truly love.
The pictures in the gallery show a beautiful part in the series where Daniel and Katerina tied the knot. During the day when it was originally aired, it made big noise in Philippine primetime as it caught the hearts of the Filipino viewers nationwide. It gained very high ratings during that episode – even tripling the ratings of the rival’s show.
This has so much to say about how the audience looked forward at the exchanging of vows between Katerina and Daniel. The “realness” of the wedding, which was poured so much effort on – from the setting which was inside the San Agustin Church in Intramuros, to the presence of the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra as the live orchestral music, caught the hearts and attention of the audience.
