Kaya malaking inspirasyon daw para sa kanya ang love life ng dalawa.

Pahayag ni Bret, “Siyempre gusto ko yun, e… I would love to find my partner talaga.

“But I don’t want to rush it. If it will happen, then it will happen.

“Right now, I’m happy sa mga trabaho ko, sa music, everything.”

Hindi na kataka-taka na ang pinakapaboritong showbiz couple ni Bret ay ang best friend niya at ang girlfriend into.

“Yes, they are my favorite couple, grabe.

“They are so good… they are one of the honest persons in showbiz.

“Whenever I’m with James and Nadine, iba talaga.”

Nakapanayam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Bret sa shooting ng pelikula niya sa Viva Films, ang Dark Room, na ginanap sa Tuscan Building sa Makati, noong December 7.

Aniya, “Gusto mo ng sikreto? Before, Nadine was the one who was super in love with James.

“As of ngayon, I feel that James is more in love with Nadine.

“The thing is, James really loves Nadine on a different level.

“I’ve been with James for, like, six or seven years, I know much the person.

“And when I see him with Nadine, it’s so different.

“And Nadine has become so close to me.”

Sabi pa ni Bret, “They are super in love, and that’s the truth.

“And that’s scary for me, that’s scary for me, kasi best friend ko yun.

“Sagot naman nila, ‘Yeah.’ Ha-ha-ha! Ganun talaga.”

Dugtong pa ni Bret, “I think my role is just to remind them that they love each other.

“All I have to say is that they love each other, and then they’re happy again.”

Aminado rin si Bret na dahil sa pinagdaanang intriga ng dalawa ay mas lalo pa silang kumapit sa isa’t isa at mas lalong tumibay ang pagmamahalan nila.

“They become ever closer because of that, they don’t care about anyone else.”
