James Reid and Nadine Lustre were featured on the Japan news show Saga TV while filming their upcoming movie This Time.
The feature focused on the place Saga being a perfect spot for filming movies.
It also showed James and Nadine kissing near the Karatsu Castle as their characters Coby and Ava in the movie.
In a report by ABS-CBN News, Direk Nuel said that he chose Saga, Japan as the location of the movie because, “We felt the serenity in Japan, the zen-like feeling of loving and expressing your love to someone.”
This will be the first time that a Filipino movie will be shot in Saga, Japan.
This is not the first time that the JaDine tandem shot a project outside the Philippines. Their hit primetime series On The Wings of Love had scenes shot in San Francisco, California.
This Time, produced by Viva Films, is expected to be released this summer in cinemas.
