Julia Montes, 26, has buzzed the online community after being confirmed to be Coco Martin’s new leading lady in Ang Probinsyano. Following this news, KAMI learned that Julia, alongside Coco, was recently invited to do an online exclusive interview which ABS-CBN shared.

In the video, Julia was asked if she feels pressured upon joining ‘Probinsyano’ with Coco being one of the directors of the said show.

“May pressure po, syempre. Hindi naman mawawala yun,” Julia began, smiling for the camera as she admitted it.

According to Julia, if there is no pressure, things would be different, “Kapag nawala kasi yung pressure parang hindi ganun eh. Iba yung magiging rapport ng lahat.”

She then went on to clarify where her pressure is coming from, “Siguro yung pressure, it’s more of gusto ko ma-meet yung expectation niya at ng lahat ng team kasi lahat talaga dedicated.”

At the end of her statement, Julia could not help but express how proud she is of Coco and his achievements.

“I’m just so proud of him sa lahat ng mga na-achieve niya ngayon, from before and then ngayon na, ayun nga, lahat tutok siya. So I’m just happy to be part of that project and the creative side of his po.”

Julia Montes is a popular Filipino actress who went on showbiz hiatus to spend quality time with her dad in Germany. She has also been previously linked to Kapamilya star Coco Martin for years.
