Politiko scion Kris Aquino will be heading back to the Philippines after two years of treatment in the United States, and she’s ready to fight harder than ever for her health.

Kris shared on Instagram about her flight from the United States to the Philippines on Thursday amid her battle against autoimmune ailments.

She is set to begin her second round of immunosuppressant infusions in two to three weeks, which she described as “a gentler term for chemotherapy.”

As the treatment may be tough, Kris is looking forward to reuniting with her sisters and other family members and friends for much-needed emotional support.

“Emotionally i need the encouragement and unwavering faith my sisters & cousins, closest friends, and trusted team of doctors can provide… sadly what was the BATTLE TO IMPROVE MY HEALTH is now THE STRUGGLE TO PROTECT MY VITAL ORGANS. This is now the FIGHT OF MY LIFE,” she said.

“Bawal Sumuko. Tuloy po ang #Laban,” she added.

Kris had been staying in California for treatment since 2022, and she’s thankful for all the love and prayers she received along the way.

“I thank all of you for your prayers. MARAMING SALAMAT PO SA INYONG PATULOY NA MALASAKIT AT SUPORTA,” she said.
