While many would expect a grand wedding for Kris Aquino and fiancé Mel Sarmiento, the actress recently stated that that’s not what they have in mind at all.

As reported on ABS-CBN News, the actress shared a gist of her plans on social media upon responding to an Instagram follower, who expressed excitement over seeing her upcoming “grand” wedding entrance.

“I don’t mean to be a spoiler nor disappoint you, but our wedding is going to be TINY and super private,” she wrote. “Totally not what you’re expecting.”

It is noted that Kris’ own relationship with Mel has been very private compared to her previous marriage. The actress only confirmed to be in a relationship last August, before announcing their engagement in October.

The former Interior Secretary also seemed head over heels by the former Queen of All Media, telling a naysayer on social media that he would spend the rest of his life with Kris.

“A separation is not going to happen. I love her very much,” he said.
