MANILA — Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste says he is happy that his ex-girlfriend Kris Aquino is back in the Philippines.
In his Facebook page’s story, he also sent words of encouragement to the “Queen of All Media”.
“I am glad that Kris is finally home, and I’m equally happy for her family, friends, and fans that our Queen is back at long last,” Leviste wrote. “However, it breaks my heart to see someone I deeply care about facing such a difficult battle.”
The Batangas vice governor narrated Aquino’s strength that has “always amazed” him.
“Alam ko na gagawin niya ang lahat upang hindi sumuko at patuloy na lumaban at protektahan ang kaniyang kalusugan. As Kris prepares for her second immunosuppressant infusion and spends time with her sisters and relatives, I pray for her healing, comfort, and peace,” he added.
Leviste earlier said that he’s happy for Aquino who is now dating a new guy, a Makati-based doctor whom the latter said has been inspiring her to come home.
“He’s part of the reason why I’m confident na puwede akong umuwi kasi alam ko na there’s someone who will help in taking care of me,” she stressed.
