The glitz and glamour of the GMA Gala 2024 just took a dark turn as rumors surfaced about shocking allegations of sexual abuse allegedly involving key personnel of the network and one of its young male artists.

GMA Network Inc. chaired by bilyonaryo Felipe Gozon addressed the viral social media chatter about an ugly incident that allegedly occurred after its star-studded Gala held on July 20 at the Grand Ballroom of Marriott Manila.

“Online articles as posts have recently circulated regarding an alleged incident involving an artist and independent contractors of GMA Network,” said the country’s leading media outfit.

“We have yet to receive a formal complaint from those allegedly involved in the issue. Should one be filed, the network is committed to conducting a thorough and impartial investigation. We assure the public that GMA Network takes such matters with utmost seriousness,” it added.

A blind item posted by GMA’s digital showbiz portal, PEP.PH, reported that the father of a newbie actor has hired the services of an abogado to file rape charges against “two gay program executives.”
