Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara still has no direct confirmation on the true state of her relationship with basketball player Kobe Paras.

According to Kyline, until now they still recognize each other. This is despite the emerging news and photos that prove that there is something special between the two of them.

In an exclusive interview by PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the taping of the upcoming Kapuso teleserye Shining Inheritance near Quezon City, on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, Kyline made a comment when asked about Kobe again.

Statement of the 21-year-old Kapuso actress, “I feel, like, I’ve been interviewed too much about it.

“I think it’s time to ask him. Don’t ask me.

“Kaya, I don’t really… kaya lagi kong sinasabi na I’m not in a position to say something anything, or comment about it.

“It’s like he’s… he’s supposed to be.”

But Kyline said that their “friendship” with Kobe is fine.

He said, “It’s getting… of course, in all friendships, your relationship should become deeper for you guys to be close friends.

“And if you guys are okay to be friends.”

But we directly asked Kyline if Kobe is boyfriend material.

Kyline laughed and answered, “Kobe… I tell him that he’s such a gentle giant. He doesn’t look gentle, but he is.

Kobe is also supportive of her career.

According to the Kapuso actress, “All of my friends are supporting me very very well.

“My core is different now. The core of my friends is different.

“I am very grateful to them.”

Kyline answered safely, “Of course, all of my friends. They are all happy pills.”

What makes Kobe different from other men who have been close to him?

The actress said, “I’ll get to know him more. I mean, I don’t really know him that well.

“Even though I’m friends with Andre [Paras, older brother of Kobe], we’re only really getting together now.

“It’s been months [we’ve known each other], but of course, I’m busy. And so is he.”

The important thing is that her life is happy despite what she went through from her past relationship.

Kyline said with a smile, “I’m so grateful. This season in my life, I’m just so grateful.

“There are bumps sa road, pero I’m still grateful for all those bumps.”

Kyline’s last rumored relationship was Mavy Legaspi.

He said, “Bashing is not new to me.

“It’s my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and may in-between snacks pa. May midnight snacks pa.

“And, yeah, get used to it.

“My mindset right now is that I cannot control how people perceive me, or think about me. And I can’t be bothered by the things that I can’t control.

“So I just do whatever I want, and bahala na po sila.

“I mean, it’s normal. All emotions and feelings of a person are valid.

“But I’ve reached a point in my life where, ‘Okay, you guys. Whatever your judgment is on me, I will still do my job. I will still live my life the way I want it.'”
