On July 10, according to Mirror, the memoir Bad: An Unprecedented Investigation into the Michael Jackson Cover-Up written by journalist Dylan Howard will reveal many hidden corners of the life of the king of pop.
Accordingly, the Thriller singer is always obsessed with how to become an immortal icon, living forever in the hearts of the audience like Charlie Chaplin and Walt Disney.

“Jackson wanted to focus on becoming a multi-talented artist, the world’s first billionaire director – actor – singer. The King of Pop also considered how to earn $20 million /week,” Mirror quoted from his memoir.
To make money, Michael Jackson wanted to perform concerts at Cirque du Soleil – the world’s largest contemporary circus – and wanted to cooperate and create images with big companies.
The king of pop even planned to remake famous series such as Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, The Adventures of Sinbad… The memoir revealed that Jackson believed he would not have become an immortal icon if he had not produced films.
In addition, the investigative journalist’s book also talks about the fears that the Smooth Criminal singer faces. He is always haunted by the thought that someone is planning to overthrow and destroy him.
Michael Jackson was obsessed with becoming an immortal icon.
“Evil people are everywhere. They want to bring me down and take everything I have. I’m afraid someone will kill me,” the author quoted Michael Jackson as saying during a meeting.
According to journalist Dylan Howard, the book recreates the life of the pop legend during his drug addiction period, his efforts to rebuild his life and pay off all his debts.
In 2009, Michael Jackson died at his home from an overdose of propofol and benzodiazepine – an addictive painkiller and sedative.
After his death, he faced many accusations, from drug use to child abuse… In 2009, the documentary Leaving Neverland produced by Wade Robson and James Safechuck accused the Off the Wall singer of sexual abuse.
Matt Fiddes, the former bodyguard of the King of Pop, spoke up to defend Michael Jackson. “If this is really a documentary, it needs to give a multi-dimensional view of the issue rather than just exploiting it from one side,” Fiddes said.
