NBA icon Michael Jordan has largely remained mum on the publicized life of one of his sons, Marcus Jordan.

Marcus had an on-and-off relationship with Larsa Pippen, the wife of his dad’s former Chicago Bulls teammate, Scottie Pippen. In July 2024, Larsa confirmed on Entertainment Tonight that they were no longer dating, having “amicably” separated four months earlier.

In August 2024, one month after their breakup, Marcus was spotted during a vacation in Paris, appearing to snort a powdery substance. He was with his new girlfriend, model Ashley Stevenson.

Pictures of the incident quickly spread on social media, with fans expressing their concern for the 34-year-old Marcus, who had other issues in the past, including underage drinking.

On Friday, he posted a series of pictures on Instagram, captioning it with lyrics from Drake’s new song, “No Face.”

One of the pictures was Marcus and his mother, Juanita Vanoy Jordan. Juanita shared it on her Instagram Story with the caption, “Love you, XO, mom.”

Juanita got divorced from Michael Jordan in 2006 after a 17-year marriage, getting a $168 million settlement.

She remains a constant presence in the lives of Marcus, their older son, Jeffrey Jordan, and their daughter, Jasmine Jordan.

Marcus had three productive years at the University of Central Florida (UCF), averaging 12.3 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game.

Jeffrey, meanwhile, split his five-year college career with Illinois and UCF, tallying 1.6 points and 1.2 assists.

While Marcus’ basketball career didn’t pan out, he owns a popular sneaker shop in Orlando. Juanita also has her own business, an online luxury boutique.
