Dionne Monsanto, a former star, penned a heartbreaking but hopeful note online. Earlier, on Instagram, Dionne revealed she and her husband were expecting Baby #2 in July. However, upon getting a check-up, they found out that their baby no longer had a heartbeat. She then shared why she had to talk about her experience on her social media page.

Dionne Monsanto, a former actress, has penned a heartbreaking but hopeful note about how challenging this year has been for her.

According to Dionne, back in July of 2024, she and her husband rejoiced upon knowing that they were expecting a second baby together.

However, they were devastated when they found out that their baby did not have a heartbeat.

“This has been such a challenging year. In July, my husband and I rejoiced at knowing that we were pregnant with baby #2. Then devastated when we went for a checkup and found out that our baby did not have a heartbeat,” she wrote.

In her post, Dionne shared how she cried herself to sleep for countless nights after her loss.

“Not everyone can fully understand the immense pain a miscarríage brings. For countless nights, I cried myself to sleep. Only to wake up in the middle of the night to continue crying. The toll a failed pregnancy takes on you emotionally, mentally, and physically is crippling,” she wrote.

Despite what happened, Dionned said she shared her story in hopes that it would reach someone who “needs a nudge to keep going” in life.

“Grateful for the few people who I can trust with and respect my pain. Grateful for having a husband that holds me in those restless nights as we process this loss. Grateful for my daughter, and her “I love yous“, simply just because. Today, I share this in hopes that it would reach someone who needs a nudge to keep going, despite the odds, despite the pain,” Dionne wrote on Instagram.
