Liza Soberano on Gerald Anderson: “He was the first male actor I ever loved.”
Liza Soberano on working with Gerald Anderson on Everyday I Love You: “I was surprised because I didn’t expect Gerald to be with us, and he was right away. Because, he seems to be so up there.”
It can be recalled that Liza was born and raised in California, USA and began living here in the Philippines, under the tutelage of her father, John Soberano, in 2008.
According to Liza, “I used to only watch him in Tayong Dalawa [2010].
“He was the first male actor I admired.
“The two of them and Kim Chiu were the first teleserye I watched,”
This is part of Liza’s statement on PEPtalk which can be watched starting Wednesday, September 2, here on PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).
Here, Liza expressed that it was a big deal for her to work with Gerald in the movie Everyday I Love You , which she stars with Enrique Gil.
Gerald will play Enrique’s rival in the heart of Liza’s character.
The young actress continued, “I was surprised because I didn’t expect Gerald to be with us, and he was right away.
“Because, it seems like he’s already very up there, so I didn’t expect him to be the third party.”
“I’m also excited because it’s my first time working with him.”
What is Liza’s first impression of Gerald? How does she feel about her and Enrique’s projects going on one after another? Is there much hope that she will answer Enrique in real life?
Stay tuned for Liza’s revelations on #LizaonPEPtalk starting September 2!
