Julia Montes Reveals Experience Working With Megastar Sharon Cuneta

“Saving Grace” actress Julia Montes is working with Sharon Cuneta in the said series and here’s her revelation about the Megastar.

“Saving Grace” is the Philippine adaptation of a Japanese drama series called “Mother”. It will have Julia Montes as the lead character who will be playing a teacher who kidnapped her student to take her away from her abusive mother. This is a collaboration between ABS-CBN Studios and Nippon TV, the leading entertainment powerhouse in Japan.

Joining her in the series are Sam Milby, Janice de Belen, Jennica Garcia, Christian Bables, and the Megastar Sharon Cuneta. In the story, Jennica is the young girl’s abusive mother, Christian is the lover, Janice is an ally of Julia’s character, and Sharon is Julia’s character’s adoptive mother.

During an interview, Montes spoke about her experience working with the Megastar. According to her, working with everyone is pretty easy for her but with Megastar, with whom she worked first in Ang Probinsyano, the experience was great as she has always been a generous co-actor.

“Kapag ka-eksena niyo ang isang Megastar, sobrang lalamunin ka ng emosyon, on and off-cam because sobrang generous niya as a person and as an actress,” she said stressing the Megastar’s generosity as a person and as an actress.

For her, it is particularly easy to work as the moment she looks into her eyes, she can easily take out her emotions. She feels lucky because of this.

Meanwhile, the series will be launched this November 28, 2024, Thursday, in Amazon Prime. This is her comeback series as the last people saw him in a teleserye was in 2022 in Coco Martin‘s Ang Probinsyano.

“Saving Grace” is also the last project she accepted before Dreamscape Entertainment head, Deo Endrinal passed away earlier this year.
