KIM Kardashian has leaked private photos from her recent trip to Las Vegas in an honest moment caught on camera.

The Kardashians star also opened up about the injuries she currently has and her treatment.

Kim, 43, leaked private photos from her personal digital camera while showing fans what she keeps inside her purse on Wednesday.

She was wearing a tight grey T-shirt while sitting at a table in what appeared to be her living room.

The reality star posted a selfie-style video on the official Skims Instagram profile as she unpacked her Balenciaga crystal bag and shared the contents with her 5.7 million followers.

The TV personality began, “Okay guys so I heard people are doing purse tours again, so I’m going to show you guys what’s in my bag.

“I have this big, huge, Balenciaga crystal bag. I have this Shay card because my son gave this to me for Valentine’s Day because he’s a Skims guy so he thought I’d love this.

“And he thought I was into trading cards. I have a hair clip because I love to clip back my hair,” she revealed.

Kim continued, “I also have my soft matte lips and my lip liner. I have a 12 lip liner and a three lip and it’s the combo I’m wearing now. So every time I do my combo I just throw it in my bag.

“I always have a camera. Let’s see, I’ll show you guys what’s on my camera last.”

But the Skims founder then slyly looked at her phone while confessing, “I actually don’t know if I want you guys to see these.

“Just kidding, I’ll show you,” she relented.

“It’s just pics from Vegas. You can see,” Kim explained, pushing the camera close to the screen.

In the image, the mother of four posed in an all-black western-themed outfit in a luxury hotel in the City of Sin.

“I don’t want to scroll too much in there,” she laughed as she placed the camera down.

KIM’S INJURIES

Kim continued to show some basic items like sunglasses, gum, and several beauty products including a hair brush.

Then, she displayed a bright green exercise band that she keeps on hand because she “tore” her shoulder and she needs to “do her rehabbing.”

Kim breezed over the new information and quickly showed off the skincare and other makeup she kept in her bag.

In the video, it was apparent that two of her fingers were wrapped in thick bandages.

Fans have seen these large wraps before as the Hulu star’s been wearing them for the past few weeks.

At the end of the video, she also revealed that she had extra hand wrap for her fingers in her bag.

She said she “hurt herself” before joking that she used her finger bandages for skin care.

However, she did not reveal what happened to her fingers or what caused her shoulder injury.
