So here’s something we didn’t expect to happen during quarantine: Exes and former love team partners Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia are actually working on a new project together! The twin bill ~virtual~ drama that they’re starring in is called Love Unlock and will premiere on Kapamilya Online Live on August 15 at 7:30 p.m. The second half of Love Unlock stars Arci Munoz and Gerald Anderson.
Julia answered fan questions during a mini mukbang.
Cool, no? But what really stuck with us is how JoshLia promoted their new drama on Twitter. Julia was the first one to post about it and even tagged Joshua on the post!
Joshua then cheekily replied, “Cheers @barrettojulia! Thank you sa follow back. HAHAH”
Julia replied with a ~cool~ comeback, saying, “Sa IG follow back na din?”
It didn’t end there ’cause Joshua wrote, “May pa-unfollow unfollow pa kasi. Sige, papa-burger ako.”
Julia closed their super cute exchange with: “Wag ka abangers tonight, bukas na kita follow back.”
Oh, okay…what was that?! Who else is surprisingly kilig over their tweets? And if you must know, as of writing, they both follow each other on Twitter (yay!), Joshua follows Julia on Insta but she doesn’t follow him back…yet. I guess we’ll all abang on tonight’s developments, LOL!
