Why does Alden Richards hardly talk about his love life?

On Friday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” the actor said, it was the one thing he could still control and protect.

“Parang yun na lang yung pwede kong i-protect,” he said.

Being in the limelight, Alden confessed, “I think that’s the only thing na I can save, kasi kinakalkal po everyday eh.”

“But, you know, mabait naman po yung mga press people natin, napapakiusapan naman po sila,” he continued.

The Asia’s Multimedia Star added, “Kumbaga, ‘wag nyo na pong tanungin, boring po yung love life ko, dun na lang po tayo sa ibang bagay.”

As Tito Boy puts it, Alden is on top of his game. Apart from a couple of movies — one with Sharon Cuneta and the other with Julia Montes — Alden will also be doing hosting duties for the upcoming talent competition “Battle of the Judges.”

In the same interview, Alden revealed Boy Abunda’s role in his “reinvention” as host and admitted to initially feeling intimidated by the Mega Star when they started working on their film “A Mother and Son’s Story.”

It is an official entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival.
