Daniel Padilla, recently renewing his contract with ABS-CBN and Star Magic, expressed gratitude to his former girlfriend and on-screen partner Kathryn Bernardo.
“She’s a big part of my career journey,” he acknowledged. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. Thank you so much, Kathryn, for all the years we spent together.”
Despite their romantic split, Daniel emphasized he cherishes their fond memories.
“I’ll always hold onto our wonderful memories,” he shared. “All the adventures and journeys we shared. Thank you very much!”
Interestingly, the break-up provided Daniel with an opportunity to reconnect with his siblings.
“I’m doing well! I found new life and reconnected with my roots,” he shared, reflecting on the value of family and personal growth.
Amidst his separation from Kathryn, the popular actor found comfort in his close circle. He described this period as a learning experience, emphasizing the value of spending time with loved ones.
Addressing fans who distanced themselves after the split, he conveyed acceptance and appreciation for those who remained supportive. Maintaining a private stance during the peak of media attention, he expressed his desire for privacy and personal space.
Regarding future relationships, Daniel prioritized self-love and career focus. He politely declined the prospect of love at the moment, emphasizing personal growth and self-discovery as his current priorities.
“At this point, no. Love for human nature. I don’t want to think about it right now. I would rather concentrate on work. No love life. I want to work on myself. I need to love myself first,” Daniel ended.
In a recent TV interview, Enrique Gil insinuated that he and Liza Soberano are still together amid speculations that they have already called it quits.
“I’m happy and at peace. I’m focusing on my current projects while Liza also concentrates on her work plus her production company. So, I’m just really happy that we’re both focused on ourselves first. Because we were so caught up on the two of us so much,” he avers.
The Kapamilya actor reveals what he and Liza agreed upon.
“Yes, we talked and thought that it would be for our common good if, at this point, we go on our paths in our careers. For us to grow, right?”
Enrique expresses his excitement with the latest developments in their respective careers, like his movie, I Am Not Big Bird just had its successful commercial exhibition, the same with Liza’s international film Lisa Frankenstein.
“It’s just really exciting for me now, what we’re going to be doing and giving to the showbiz industry.”
Enrique points out that there’s a good side to his being independent from Liza at this point.
“Perhaps, we just realized that in life, we shouldn’t always be centered with each other. We can do more, grow more, and achieve more. And it just makes us better,” Enrique states.
