The Summer League games have yet again provided a platform for the newbies to showcase their talents. To lighten up the mood, a fun game was set up where the players were asked to guess the popular shots of the NBA players. While some could accurately figure it out from the black-and-white screen, others got stuck. Then came an amusing moment involving the Minnesota Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns.

Among the jumpers was one from the offensive center who took no time to recognize his own shot. As soon as the clip appeared, Towns looked carefully and confidently said, “That’s me shooting! That has to me! That gotta be me; no one got a shot like that but me!

Towns had an impressive season with the T’Wolves. His jumpers and remarkable defense helped the team secure a spot in the top tier of the Western Conference (WC) table.

Towns scored 21.8 points every night. He also averaged 8.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists in the regular season, which turned into 19.1 points and 9.0 rebounds in the playoffs. However, they were sent back home following a clash against the Mavericks in the WC Finals.
