A tattoo is more than just body art. For some people, it can serve as a daily ~reminder~ to love themselves. Gen Z star Andrea Brillantes‘ personal mantras, for instance, are inked behind her arms!
In an exclusive interview with Preview.ph for her July 2023 cover, she talked about how she has a “do no harm” tattoo on her left arm and a “take no sh*t” ink on her right.
According to Andrea, the latter perfectly resonates with her. “Huwag magbigay ng bad vibes, huwag tanggapin yung bad vibes,” she said.
Andrea is no stranger to bashing. But having been in the industry for over a decade now, the 20-year-old has already learned how to rise above the negativity. “Masama [mag-yabang], but sometimes, gamitin mo lang ng konti para ma-uplift ka. Tingnan mo lang yung achievements mo,” she advised.
ICYDK, the Drag You and Me star has a *growing* tattoo collection. Aside from the ones mentioned, she also has a “guard your heart” tatt on her forearm!
On her back, Andrea also has a “111” (an angel number) tattoo, which is commonly associated with spiritual awakening.
