Pages Six (on entertainment, culture, and arts) of the New York Post has exclusive information about the content of Lisa Marie’s book. They believe that this is worthy of being a blockbuster and that Lisa Marie sold it to the publisher Gallery Books for between 4.3 million and 5.8 million USD .

A source told Page Six that the book promises surprising revelations about Michael Jackson and completely new aspects of Elvis Presley.

Lisa Marie, now 51, married the King of Pop in 1994. They held a small, secret ceremony before going public with their relationship on MTV and splitting just two years later.

In 2010, in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Lisa Marie mentioned a curious aspect of this short-lived marriage. She shared, “In that marriage, there was a very big problem that made him make a decision. I don’t know if it was drugs, his “bloodsuckers” or because of me? And then he pushed me away.”

In a 1995 interview with Diane Sawyer, Lisa Marie also denied allegations of Michael Jackson having inappropriate relationships with children, saying “I know he didn’t like that.”

The allegations were even mentioned in the HBO documentary Leaving Neverland , and the Jackson Estate even sued HBO over the issue. Lisa’s marriage was also mentioned in the film, but she refused to comment on it.

In addition to Jackson, Lisa was also married to Daniel Keough, Nicolas Cage and Michael Lockwood. In the foreword to her book The United States of Opioids , she also openly shared about her past addiction to painkillers.

Her new book is part of a larger project about Elvis. A biopic about the King of Rock and Roll directed by Baz Luhrmann is scheduled to begin filming next year.
