Kathryn isn’t one to shy away from ab-baring outfits, and has been diligent in keeping her body healthy. Like most of us, the self-proclaimed foodie noticed that her metabolism has been slowing down as she grows older, which pushed her not only to start exercising but also to eat the right food. Kailangan mo yung perfect balance. Before ginawa konagwoworkout ako and then since I’m working out tapos nag-babadminton pa ako noonnasa isip ko, ‘Ah okay, I can eat whatever I want kasi pinapawis ko naman.'”

“But oh my god, I was wrong,” she previously shared in a vlog. “Siguro pwede ‘yon kung bata pa ako and now I am 25, na-feel ko na yung medyo bumagal metabolism ko. Hindi na ganun ka-bilis magpapayat so dapat pala, you work out and still eat the right food.”

“When I say eating the right food, hindi naman ibig sabihin hindi na masarapPwede pa rin,” she clarified. “So like in a week, mayroon ako cheat days. That’s Sunday and Thursday. Sabi ng trainer ko it’s good to reward yourself twice a week para hindi ka nade-deprive… Ang secret lang doon is do not deprive yourself, but do not overeat. You have to take care of your health. More than just being physically maganda kapag kumakain ka ng tamang food, it’s really for your health.”
