However, after their breakup, the song hits different. Netizens think that it could now be seen as Daniel’s dedication to Kath.

A part of its lyrics goes, “Ako’y nagtataka naiiba ang aking nadarama. Buhay ko’y nagkagulo mula nang ika’y iwanan ko. Nangangarap na sana’y kaya kong ibalik ang kahapon at ‘di na muling magkamaling iwanan ka.”

Fans expressed their sorrow over the former couple’s breakup in the comments section of the newly released lyric video. Some now see Daniel’s song as his regretful message to Kath. “Ramdam mo kasi dito ang panghihinayang at pagsusumamo na sana dumating ang panahon na makapagpatawad at piliiin siyang muli ni Kath,” one comment read.
