You guys, James Reid just posted about his QC house for sale and we’re not okay! James shared photos of the property on Instagram, writing that it’s located in Loyola Grand Villas in Katipunan, Quezon City, and that interested buyers can contact his assistant. The three-story house has seven bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two large kitchens, a recording studio, a lap pool, a fully-equipped gym, open space living areas, a CCTV security system, and a six-car garage.

According to JaDine fans, it’s the same property James used to share with Nadine, and they’re *mourning* the end of an era. “Too many memories over there,” one wrote in the comments. “Naiiyak ako. Parang lahat ng anggulo may pic ni Nadz,” another said.

Some joked that if they only had the money, they’d certainly buy the house, saying things like, “Kung milyonarya lang ako, ako na bibili agad agad,” and “Your house is P80 million James, I only have P80 hahahahaha.”

The exes were rumored to be living together in 2017, which prompted Nadine to say her now-iconic line, “Come on, guys, it’s 2017!” Two years later, James confirmed it on the show Gandang Gabi Vice.

Despite their breakup in November 2019, former celeb couple Nadine and James have stayed good friends and have continued working on new music together.

“I don’t think anyone in that situation is really excited to see their ex with someone else, but you know, that’s not my choice,” James said in August, when asked whether he’s ready to see Nadine with a new suitor. He added: “I’m not her husband, neither am I her father, so she can do whatever makes her the happiest.”
